Surrounding Water Tour 2015: last stop
Why should we work towards a Great Lakes Commons and how ?
The last stop and performance from my Surrounding Water tour was in Duluth at the Lafayette Community Center on Park Point. It was a beautiful place to end my trip. I could see the Lake Superior over the dunes through the window from the stage where I performed. The Minnesota Land Trust helped organize the show. They are doing some very incredible work in the Duluth area to purchase and gain access to neglected city and private land with the intention of creating public wilderness access via walking, biking and fishing improvements. I was joined on stage by my good friend Charlie Parr.
